Guitar migrant tops classical charts with debut album

Milos Karadaglic, 27, who plays as simply Milos, knocked longstanding No1 artist Andre Reiu off the charts with his first album, called The Guitar.
“It feels like the realisation of my wildest dreams,” he said.
Aged 16, he videoed an audition tape of himself and sent it to the Royal Academy. Hearing nothing, he assumed he was unsuccessful but called to check and discovered he had been sent a letter – evidently lost – offering him a scholarship. He moved to London where he has been studying and playing since.
